Heather Dombrosky (BSN, RN) has more than two decades of experience spanning high-acuity clinical care and medical technology implementation.
As a Registered Nurse, she spent over a decade in pediatric critical care at Columbia Presbyterian Hospital in New York City, which shaped her practical, clinician-centered approach to healthcare innovation.
Later transitioning into medical technology, she supported health systems in adopting and integrating solutions within real-world clinical workflows. She has worked in diverse healthcare environments across both the US and internationally, with experience in clinical adoption, implementation strategy, and cross-functional collaboration supporting provider partnerships and growth initiatives.
Based in Miami, Heather guest lectures for graduate students at the University of Miami Herbert Business School and School of Nursing, focusing on healthcare innovation and the responsible integration of emerging technologies into patient care.
