Heather Dombrosky, BSN, RN is a Registered Nurse with more than two decades of experience spanning high-acuity clinical care and medical technology implementation. She spent over a decade in pediatric critical care at Columbia Presbyterian Hospital in New York City, where caring for critically ill children shaped her practical, clinician-centered approach to healthcare innovation.
Heather later transitioned into medical technology, supporting health systems in adopting and integrating solutions within real-world clinical workflows. Her experience includes clinical adoption, implementation strategy, and cross-functional collaboration supporting provider partnerships and growth initiatives across diverse healthcare environments in both U.S. and international settings.
She also serves as a guest lecturer for graduate students at the University of Miami Herbert Business School and School of Nursing, focusing on healthcare innovation and the responsible integration of emerging technologies into patient care.
