Fabiola has over 12 years of experience in marketing and product management within the medical device and diagnostics space. She’s held global and regional marketing roles at companies like Becton Dickinson and Medtronic, where she led product launches, developed integrated marketing strategies, and executed brand campaigns across regional and international markets.

At Becton Dickinson, she led the global strategy for lab automation technologies, partnering closely with sales, R&D, and medical affairs to shape product positioning, build compelling messaging, and support adoption through digital campaigns and evidence-based marketing. Prior to that, Fabiola held marketing roles at Medtronic, where she managed a surgical portfolio and collaborated with cross-functional teams, distributors, and key opinion leaders to drive market development, launch initiatives, and educational programs.

She holds an MBA from the University of Florida and is passionate about translating complex technologies into clear, impactful strategies. Originally from Peru and now based in Miami, Fabiola enjoys food, travel, and sunny weekends by the water.
